     Pete Palm with Q2 Carpet has now installed 2 1/2 floors of carpet and laminate flooring throughout our home. Pete is a perfectionist on installing both carpet and laminate flooring. Pete is not happy until you are happy with his quality workmanship. His quality of carpet is superior to any carpet store in town. Pete's prices are very competitive and you always get a higher quality of carpet and pad that you can feel with each step.

     Pete installed carpet in several rooms for us in two different houses. The best carpet, though, was the most recent job that he did for us. He installed carpet in the family room of our house just weeks after we moved in. We have four children who at the time were very young; the youngest were two year old twin boys. We owned the house for four years and the carpet looked brand new when we sold it. The carpet that was installed was not only great quality carpet, but the installation was professionally done. I have never seen such a quality installer!

     We had been misled many times by many different people in the carpet industry. We thought  "how can we ever afford this?" Pete came out to our house and did a free, no pressure estimate, and took the time to answer all our questions and we were in shock at the price savings so much in fact, we added our two entry ways to be done in laminate flooring. Pete is a one man show who truly delivers, and knowing we didn't have to go broke to get it is a relaxing feeling, too. We will be calling Pete to carpet other rooms in our home in the near future. 

     We decided to put our house on the market...we had our realtor come in and ...he strongly suggested replacing the carpet to make a positive visual impact. He knew that seeing the house in good condition was better than allotting money for improvements. I had met Pete at Vets Memorial and called him for a quote. Our realtor had also recommended a company that he felt offered the best prices. Mr. Palm came in with a better quote and a very good product. Rather than putting cheap carpet in the home, we wanted to provide a quality carpet for the new owners, but wanted the best value for us as well. Not only did Mr. Palm provide a quality carpet, but his installation was far superior. We tried to get the builder of our new home to let us use Mr. Palm, but the builder was unwilling. THe carpet we put into the house we sold was actually superior to the carpet in our new home that was a costly "upgrade". In addition, the workmanship in our new house is far short of the excellent installation that Mr. Palm did in our old house. Our old house sold in less thatn two weeks and we received almost the full asking price (within 1%). We highly recommend Pete Palm and Q2 Carpet. 

     My personal experience with Pete was very good and I would recommend him... to anyone who is in need of carpet or flooring for their own home or their client's homes. Three years ago...I shopped around for the best prices at Rite Rug and other discount carpet places and was willing to settle for cheaper carpet just to help get the house sold. Pete was able to give me higher quality product for less money than they wanted for the cheaper carpet just to help get the house sold. Best of all, the new flooring helped my house show well and I'm sure was a factor in my home selling in 28 days! The only disappointing thing was that my brand new house with the highest upgraded carpet wasn't as good a quality as the house I sold, which had Pete's baseline replacement carpet!!      I am so glad that I found Q2 Carpet and Pete Palm. He doesn't just install carpet; he teaches his clients about carpet. He gave me so much better carpet than I ever expected to afford because he buys directly from the mills. He also gave me the peace of mind that it was installed expertly because he was so thorough in removing the old and laying the new. I will only call Pete for my carpet needs from now on...my money goes much further and I get such plush, luxurious carpet. I also know that my home has been serviced and cared for  by a man of integrity and honesty.
